The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Rossotrudnichestvo have identified 29 countries to host the international action «People of Artek» in 2023 - participants from these countries can already register on the contest portal.

The heads of representative offices/representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo in the countries form contest commissions for the implementation of the action and the evaluation of the work of participants in the contest «People of Artek». Mongolia, Tajikistan and Venezuela have already formed their contest commissions.

The commissions included representatives of the Executive authorities in the field of education, coordinators from educational institutions, representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo from each country, experts in the field of culture and education. The tasks of the commission are to disseminate information about the Promotion among interested organizations and on information platforms in the country where the promotion is being implemented, to assist participants in registration activities, to search for and attract prominent citizens living in the country of the promotion to participate in the events, to hold demonstration events about Artek, as well as summing up the results of the regional stages of the "People of Artek" competition in the country of implementation.

The first demonstration event was already held on March 22 at the site of the Russian House in India. In the near future, demonstration launch events are planned in the Republic of Armenia, in the Republic of Belarus and in the People's Republic of China.
