Heads of representative offices/representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo in the countries continue to form contest commissions for the promotion and evaluation of participants work of the contest «People of Artek».

Contest commissions have been formed in India, Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, South Ossetia, Egypt and Lebanon.

The commissions included representatives of Executive authorities in the field of education, coordinators from educational institutions, representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo from each country, experts in the field of culture and education. The tasks of the commission are to disseminate information about the action among interested organizations and on information platforms in the country of the action, to assist participants in registration actions, to search for and attract prominent citizens living in the country of the campaign, to conduct demonstration events about «Artek», as well as summing up the results of the regional stages of the «People of Artek» contest in the country of implementation.

On 29 March was held a webinar with representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo in the countries of the action, where were discussed organizational issues, was presented the contest portal , and took place a demonstration of the registration process of participants.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Rossotrudnichestvo have identified 29 countries for the international action «People of Artek» in 2023. Registration of participants of the «People of Artek» campaign is already available on the website of the international campaign https://artek-contest.com/ru/
