Educational institutions and leaders continue to actively register on the contest portal as part of the international action «People of Artek». 67 schools from 9 countries are already participating in the action – Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, South Ossetia, Abkhazia, Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, Syria, Lebanon, China. The curators of the actions in the schools of the participating countries note, the action provides an excellent opportunity for schoolchildren to see Russia, get to know its legendary and elite, observe Artek in the center of the surrounding world and find new friends there. Among the leaders in terms of the absolute number of incentives participating in the campaigns are Kyrgyzstan (31), Mongolia (14), Abkhazia (5), Kazakhstan (4), Syria (3), Belarus (3), Lebanon (1), China (1).

The heads of representative offices/representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo in these countries, among other things, have already formed contest commissions for the implementation of the campaign and for assessing the work of participants in «People of Artek» contest.

The commissions included representatives of the executive authorities in the field of education, coordinators from educational institutions, representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo from each country, experts in the field of culture and education. The contest committees will evaluate the work of the participants and sum up the results of the first stage of the «People of Artek» contest in the country of implementation.
