The presentation of the international action dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Artek International Children's Center took place at the Russian House in Bishkek.

Timurova Nazikay, curator of student projects, told schoolchildren and their parents about the international competition. On the day of the presentation of this project, students from the school-complex "Evrika" held "Artek lessons". Artek workers from Kyrgyzstan were invited to the event, who became part of the ICC "Artek" in 1946, 1976, 1985.

Varkentina Nadezhda Anatolyevna — teacher at Ecological and Economic Lyceum No. 65, author of 57 scientific articles. I visited Artek in 1985. Bryukhina Olga Vasilievna visited the "Lazurny" camp on the second shift 47 years ago, when there were still wooden buildings in "Artek".

Kira Mikhailovna visited Artek in 1946, after the war she was among the top ten children who visited Artek. Director of the Youth Center for Culture and Creativity of KRSU, Ketova Galina Sergeevna, shared her child’s experience: “In the Artek camp, my son began to try himself in different directions. Artek helped him find himself and understand what interests him in life. He was able to get into one of the best universities in Russia.”

He prepared on his own, then said: “Mom, I entered the university and will get a profession to which I want to devote my life.” After this, you think how good it is that Artek was in our life at the right time.

The meeting ended with the Artek slogan: "Our Artek, our Artek - we will never forget you!"

Schoolchildren have already begun to actively upload their work on the portal. Until May 15, the commissions will choose the winners in their respective countries.
