The "People of Artek" competition continues to delight with its meetings and stories, bringing together participants from different schools and countries. This is a unique opportunity to learn more about the values ​​and touch the rich history of Artek.

In secondary school No. 8 of the city of Sukhum, a meeting was held with participants in the "People of Artek" competition from schools No. 2, 3, 4, 10 and 11. During the event, a participant from school No. 8, Kakulia Artem, spoke about Artek and his experience of participating in shift.

The teacher of school No. 8, Meletyan Roza Georgievna, visited Artek in 1986 in a separate detachment for accompanying children from different countries. She spoke about her warm memories, especially about the evening gatherings by the fire and the songs of Artek, which left an unforgettable impression.

Artek in 2002 as part of the football team, was a special guest. In his story, Daur shared an interesting fact: Artek participants from Abkhazia refused to take part in any events until they raised the Abkhazian flag on the frontal place next to other flags of representatives of the countries. This emotional moment became a symbol of unity and pride in one's country and showed once again that Artek is a meeting place with friends, no matter what country you are from.

Conversations, exchange of experience and new ideas created a warm atmosphere and strengthened friendly ties between the participants. The "People of Artek" competition stimulates the creative potential and research abilities of the participants. It offers an opportunity for students to delve into Artek's history, explore the lives and achievements of international participants, and share this knowledge with others.

The meeting participants noted that Artek Lessons is an important step towards new research and inspiration for all participants.
