Dear winners of the contest!
The organizers of the contest have already sent letters with diplomas and travel consent/refusal forms to the email address you provided during registration. We are expecting forms completed by your parents/legal guardians from you soon.
From the moment of receiving the Diploma, the winners, whose parents accepted the form, within 5 days should independently register in the automated information system "Artek" on the website https://артек.дети and send an application for participation in the educational program of the 8-th shift from July 15–16 to August 4–5, 2024.

The winner should fill out his full profile in the personal account. We would like to emphasize that applications without an attached winner's diploma will be rejected! Participants who are not registered in the automated information system "Artek" are not allowed to participate in the Program!

The above-mentioned set of documents must be kept with the child in a separate folder and should also uploaded to your personal account.
Please note that the child must have medical insurance that is valid on the territory of the Republic of Crimea, Russia.
