On February 6, at the Russian House in Cairo, a meeting of the Teen Club members was held, dedicated to the international children's center “Artek,” which will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2025.
During the meeting, the young people, who had recently returned from Artek, recounted the history and current life of the famous camp.

They shared impressions, photographs, and discussed why Artek has become a symbol of friendship for children around the world.

The participants also had the opportunity to talk to the honored guest, Sadagat Ali Ashraf Samedova. Forty-three years ago, 13-year-old Sadagat was sent to Artek thanks to her academic achievements and active involvement in public life. She shared memories of the camp and explained how that trip inspired her and influenced her career choice.

The meeting at the Russian House demonstrated how Artek continues to inspire and unite children of different generations. Artek remains not only a place where children can discover their talents but also a true symbol of friendship, inspiration, and the opportunity for self-realization.
